About CLE Credit:

This program has been approved for General Program Approval by the Wisconsin Board of Bar Examiners. We have been approved for 6  EPR credits. Only individuals registering as State Bar of Wisconsin members will be submitted for CLE credits.
In 2008 we received 14 CLE including 8 EPR credits.  The  exact number of 2009 credits should be finalized in September or October.

Please read these few important notes about registration,
as you may be eligible for additional discounts:

1.) All full conference attendees (including Law Office Management Section, General Practice Section members, WALA members, Staff of State Bar Members and Law Students receive complimentary access to the Dustin Cole program sponsored by the Law Office Management Section on Thursday, October 29 from 9:30 -12 noon at the Kalahari. (You do NOT need to register separately for this pre-conference program if you have registered for the WI Solo and Small Firm Conference.)

2.) In order for staff of State Bar members to receive the special rate, a State Bar member must also register for the Conference at the same time as the staff member via phone, fax, or mail. Sorry, no online registrations permitted.

3.) If you wish to attend the Dustin Cole program "How to Survive and Thrive in a Down Economy" sponsored by the Law Office Management Section ONLY, please click here. (This program is free to Law Office Management Section members, but please register in advance if you are not attending the WI Solo and Small Firm Conference.) Please note: the Ultimate Pass is not available for those individuals who wish to attend the Dustin Cole program only. For information on joining the Law Office Management Section click here.

4.) The first 100 General Practice Section members that register for the full conference receive a $30.00 discount off their registration fees. For information on joining the General Practice Section click here. PLEASE NOTE: If you are a General Practice Section Member AND an Ulitmate Passholder, you must call, mail, or fax your registration. No Web registrations allowed.

5.) State Bar of Wisconsin CLE Seminars Ultimate Pass holders will be charged $125.00 per person for the conference to cover the two breakfasts, a lunch, the vendor reception, the hospitality room and the downloadable materials. PLEASE NOTE: If you are a General Practice Section Member AND an Ultimate Passholder, you mist call, mail, or fax your registration. No Web registrations allowed.

6.) Sorry, we do not offer any 1 day passes for this event.

7.) ALL attendees must register for the conference and have a name badge to access the vendor hall and the WI Solo and Small Firm CLE sessions. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions to this rule.

Conference Materials:

Attendees will have access to conference materials approximately two weeks before the conference via electronic format on computer readable media. You may purchase a copy of these materials in printed format for an additional $50. Please select the "Add Printed Materials" option during your registration process. You may pick up your pre-ordered, printed copies at Registration during your check-in at the conference.

Cancellations:

Registrants who cancel before end of business day on September 29, 2009 receive a full refund minus a $50.00 administrative fee. No refunds will be given after September 29, 2009.

However, registration can be transferred to a colleague at any time with prior written notice to Julie Ethridge via fax at 608-257-5502. If no prior written notice is provided, then the registration will not be transferred, and the cancellation fee will apply. No refunds will be issued for any missed sessions or events, including sessions missed due to travel delays or cancellations.

Conference Attire:

We want you to be as comfortable as possible at our event. Most people will be in business casual or casual attire. Due to the general nature of hotel meeting rooms, we do recommend that you dress in layers.
